Responding to a DMCA Takedown Notice
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe it was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you can submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location before it was removed (e.g., URL or listing ID).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
