This article describes PlayerBay’s refund and return policy across all categories. These policies guide PlayerBay’s decision in refunding orders when both parties are in disagreement.
- Contact the seller first about product returns for refunds.
- Refund requests are applicable within the warranty period (free or extended).
- Refunds may take up to one week to process.
Once an order is canceled, funds will be credited to your PlayerBay balance. Refunds back to the original payment method require contacting support.
Accounts
Eligible for Refund
- The account was compromised.
- The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time.
- Login details are incorrect.
- The account is not full access (e.g., no email access or unable to change email).
- The account is not as described and has not been altered by the buyer.
Not Eligible for Refund
- The order was delivered but purchased by mistake.
- Login details were changed by the buyer.
- The account was altered by the buyer (e.g., played on or items purchased).
- The account was banned due to buyer actions (e.g., botting, toxic behavior).
Boosting
Eligible for Refund
- The seller failed to deliver the boost within the guaranteed time.
- The seller caused harm to the account (e.g., demotions, ruined stats).
- Valuable items were used or taken without permission.
- The seller used third-party programs causing bans.
Not Eligible for Refund
- The order was delivered but purchased by mistake.
- The guaranteed delivery time has not passed.
- Buyer actions interrupted the boost or access to the account.
Currency & Items
Eligible for Refund
- The seller failed to deliver the order within the guaranteed time.
- Items/currency were received through fraud or cheating.
- Only partial delivery was made within the guaranteed time.
Not Eligible for Refund
- The order was delivered but purchased by mistake.
- The guaranteed delivery time has not passed.
- Incorrect account/character name provided by the buyer.
Requesting Refunds
To request a refund:
- Contact the seller first. If the order was not completed, they may cancel it.
- If there is a disagreement, raise a dispute.
- Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
Refunds are credited to your PlayerBay balance. For refunds back to your original payment method, please contact support.
