Seller Rules and Guidelines

Overview

All new offers should comply with the following rules. Breaking these rules can lead to account suspension, either temporarily or permanently.

Delivering Orders

1. On-Time Delivery:
   Sellers must deliver orders within the guaranteed delivery time. Frequent late deliveries or failures may lead to listing removal.
2. If You’re Late or Partially Delivering:
   Obtain buyer approval for any delays or incomplete deliveries. Failure to do so may result in full refunds if disputes arise.
3. Marking Orders as Delivered:
   Only mark orders as delivered once fully completed. Premature marking may make buyers eligible for full refunds in disputes.

What’s Prohibited

1. Scamming or Fraud:
   Attempts to scam or defraud buyers will lead to permanent bans. PlayerBay has zero tolerance for scams.
2. Outside Communication:
   All communication must remain on PlayerBay’s chat system, except for boosting orders requiring voice chat.
3. Advertising:
   Advertising other websites or marketplaces is prohibited.
4. External Payments:
   Payments must be made through PlayerBay. Discussing or arranging outside payments is forbidden.
5. Be Respectful:
   Always treat buyers professionally, even during disputes. Harassment, threats, or insults are unacceptable.

Handling Disputes

1. Account/Boosting Orders:
   Respond within 12 hours with proof or a solution.
2. Currency/Item Orders:
   Upload proof within 2 hours to avoid buyer refunds.
3. Pending Delivery Orders:
   Upload proof of delivery immediately after sending currency/items.

Feedback and Fairness

1. Feedback Integrity:
   Follow PlayerBay’s guidelines for feedback. Misuse may result in action.
2. Respect for Other Sellers:
   Do not slander or demean other sellers without basis.

Marketplace Guidelines

1. Holding Funds:
   Funds may be held for up to 30 days if scams or fraud are detected.
2. No Random Listings:
   Lottery, raffle, or random offers are not allowed.
3. Original Descriptions:
   Avoid copying other sellers’ descriptions unless exempt (e.g., smurf accounts).
4. Fake Pricing:
   Unrealistic pricing of listings is prohibited.
5. Correct Categories:
   Ensure offers are listed in the right category and game.

Requirements for Sellers

1. Age Limit:
   Sellers must be 18 years or older to use PlayerBay.
2. One Account Per Seller:
   Multiple accounts are prohibited unless approved. Teams can share login details.

Improving Your Listings

1. Clear Descriptions:
   Keep titles and descriptions concise and relevant.
2. No Copyrighted Images:
   Avoid using copyrighted images in listings or profile pictures.
