Grow a Garden 2 is a Roblox farming and social experience developed by the original Grow a Garden team (Adrian/OG Creator, Jandel, Jhailatte under Splitting Point). It launched on June 12, 2026 as a direct sequel to one of Roblox's most-played experiences of all time, which had accumulated over 35 billion visits.
Players begin with a small plot of land, planting seeds and tending to crops that grow into fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Harvested produce is sold for an in-game currency called Sheckles, which is used to buy new seeds, defensive gear, eggs, and decorative items. A key addition over the original is a full day/night cycle — during the day players farm peacefully, but at night other players can attempt to steal from your garden, creating a risk-vs-reward tension.
The sequel introduces defensive plants and structures to protect crops, expanded seed varieties, a redesigned map, weekly guild rewards, and new social systems that make farming a cooperative and competitive shared activity. Grow a Garden 2 attracted over 400,000 concurrent players within 20 minutes of its launch.
