Palia is a free-to-play cozy life simulation MMO developed by Singularity 6. Set in a vibrant fantasy world repopulated by humans after a long absence, players build a home, tend a garden, fish, cook, mine, and craft while uncovering the mysteries of an ancient civilization.\n\nThe game emphasizes social and cooperative play, allowing players to explore the world together, decorate their plots, and gift items to NPC villagers to deepen relationships. There is no combat — Palia is designed around relaxation, creativity, and community rather than conflict.\n\nPalia launched in open beta on PC in August 2023, expanded to Nintendo Switch in December 2023, arrived on Steam in March 2024, and released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in May 2025. It is free to play with optional cosmetic purchases.
