Payment Fees
All payments made on PlayerBay include a payment processing fee. This fee applies regardless of the payment method used.

Fee Example
If you purchase an order worth $5.00 USD, the payment fee is calculated as:
$5.00 × 0.08 + $0.30 = $0.70 USD
In this example, the total amount paid would be $5.70 USD.
If the order is cancelled, the original order value of $5.00 USD will be added to your PlayerBay Sand Dollars balance.

Apple Pay and Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay allow you to complete checkout using a saved card or wallet-supported payment method.

- Wallet payment options may only appear if your device, browser, region, and saved payment method are compatible.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Crypto payments can take about 1 hour to appear in your account and will only process after the required blockchain confirmation.
When paying with crypto, send the exact amount shown on the checkout or deposit page. Sending the wrong amount may delay processing.
- Crypto payments do not require verification.
- Crypto payments do not have payment limits.
- Crypto refunds can only be issued in Bitcoin, even if you paid with another cryptocurrency.
Is PayPal Supported?
No. PayPal is not available as a deposit, checkout, or withdrawal method on PlayerBay.
