Dragon Ball Legends is a real-time PvP fighting game for mobile devices set in the Dragon Ball universe. Players collect characters — called "Sparking" and "Legends Limited" units — represented as cards and battle opponents in fast-paced 3v3 combat. The gameplay involves tapping and swiping to dodge enemy attacks, unleash powerful Ki Blasts, and trigger cinematic Ultimate Moves tied to iconic scenes from the anime.
The game features a gacha system for acquiring new characters, a Story Mode that follows an original narrative with a character called Shallot, and ranked PvP modes. Seasonal events, character banners, and crossover content keep the meta constantly shifting, making roster management and team-building a core part of the experience.
Dragon Ball Legends is developed by Dimps and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It launched globally in May 2018 and has maintained an active player base through regular content updates and limited-time events.
