Forza Horizon 5 is an open-world racing game developed by Playground Games and published by Xbox Game Studios. Set in a fictional representation of Mexico, it features a diverse map spanning volcanoes, ancient temples, deserts, beaches, and dense jungles across 11 distinct biomes.\n\nPlayers compete in the Horizon Festival, a celebration of car culture, taking on races, stunt challenges, and seasonal events. The game features over 500 licensed vehicles at launch, with additional cars added through regular updates and expansions. A dynamic seasons system changes weather and terrain conditions weekly, keeping the open world fresh.\n\nForza Horizon 5 supports extensive multiplayer through Horizon Arcade, online races, and the EventLab creation tool where players can build custom game modes and tracks. It launched with cross-play between Xbox consoles and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
