Overwatch

Overwatch is a team-based hero shooter developed by Blizzard Entertainment, released in 2016. Players choose from a diverse roster of heroes, each with unique abilities, weapons, and playstyles, and compete in objective-based matches across a variety of maps set in a near-future Earth.\n\nThe game features multiple modes including Escort, Assault, Hybrid, and Control, where teams of six battle to push payloads, capture objectives, or hold key areas. Heroes are divided into three roles — Damage, Tank, and Support — encouraging strategic team composition and coordination.\n\nOverwatch 2 launched in October 2022 as a free-to-play sequel, replacing the original game. It transitioned to 5v5 matches, introduced new heroes, maps, and a seasonal battle pass model, and expanded to additional platforms including mobile.
