• Account warrantyEvery account is protected while you check it and after you receive it. If it stops working or the seller takes it back, we help you get it fixed or refunded.
• Cancelling an order the seller didn’t deliverIf the seller misses the guaranteed delivery time, you can cancel and get your money back: to your card if you paid by card, otherwise as a refund voucher.
• ChargebacksWhile a chargeback is open, we can’t refund or cancel the order on PlayerBay. A dispute on PlayerBay is the faster way to get help.
• How buyer protection worksYou get a few days to check every delivery, then protection continues after it’s received. The seller is paid only once protection ends.
• How disputes workRaise a dispute while you check a delivered order. The seller responds or makes an offer; if you can’t agree, our Dispute Team decides.
• Something wrong with your order? If the order is late, cancel it for a refund. If it was delivered but is wrong, raise a dispute while you check it, or contact support after.
• When an order is received and completedAn order is marked received when you confirm it or when your check time ends, and completes when protection ends and the seller is paid.
