If you violate PlayerBay’s Terms of Service or Seller Rules, your account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
What You Can and Cannot Do While Suspended:
While Suspended, you can still access existing orders, use the chat and finish any ongoing sales. However, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds, purchase offers, or list anything for sale.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
PlayerBay has a STRICT zero-tolerance policy for scamming and fraud. Any user involved in fraud, scam, chargebacks, or similar activities will be permanently banned with no exceptions.
Other Offenses
All other violations are reviewed on a case by case basis. Depending on the severity, you may receive anywhere from a one day suspension to a permanent ban.
Accessing You Balance
Suspended users who have a remaining balance can still receive their funds. If you are a seller with a balance and your account is suspended, contact our support team through live chat to arrange a withdrawal. In cases involving fraud, PlayerBay may hold your funds for up to 30-60 days before allowing the withdrawal.
